How I got here
I studied chemical engineering in Dnipro, Ukraine. After university I moved into web development, and by 2012 it was my full-time job.
Since 2018 most of my work has been for a small digital agency in the US. I build client sites on WordPress: custom themes, blocks for the editor, React where a page needs to be interactive, PHP where plugins can't do the job. I look after our shared component library, and for a while I mentored three junior developers.
Over the past year I've been moving into AI engineering. I build RAG pipelines that let language models answer from a company's own data, agents in LangGraph that make multi-step decisions, and LLM features that classify incoming requests and extract data from documents. To understand the business side as well as the code, I'm doing a master's in digital technologies for business, where I study digital transformation, AI for business, cybersecurity, cloud computing and data science for business.
What I can help with
Websites and the AI inside them: from a new WordPress build to an LLM feature in a product you already run.
-
WordPress sites
New sites and rebuilds, custom themes and editor blocks, so your team can change pages without breaking the layout.
Tools: WordPress, Gutenberg, PHP, JavaScript
-
Extra hands for agencies
Front-end and back-end work on client projects. I follow your designs and code standards, and hand things over tidy and documented.
Tools: React, Storybook, JavaScript, PHP
-
Faster, simpler sites
Speeding up slow sites, or moving a small site from WordPress to a static one when it doesn't really need a database.
Tools: Astro, Core Web Vitals, Cloudflare
-
AI integration
Connecting large language models to your data and systems: assistants that answer from your own documents (RAG), agents for multi-step tasks, and AI features built into an existing site or product.
Tools: Python, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, Claude and OpenAI APIs
Where I've worked
Fourteen years, three kinds of work: a web studio, my own clients, and a long run with one agency.

2018–now
Web developer
US digital agency, remote
- Client sites on WordPress: custom themes, dynamic React blocks and custom editors for the block editor.
- Keep the team's component library in Storybook and write the client-side JavaScript for our projects.
- Moved older sites to a block-based setup, so clients can edit content themselves.
- Mentored three junior developers.
- Use AI coding tools in daily work, with a review of every change.
-
2025–now
AI integration engineer
Freelance

- Agentic workflows in LangGraph and LangChain for multi-step decisions.
- LLM-based lead classification and data extraction, connected to the client's existing tools.

Working with me
I work remotely, so I've learned to make things easy to follow from any time zone.
-
I write things down
Clear updates by email or in your tracker, and a short video when something is easier to show than to explain.
-
I keep it simple
Fewer plugins and fewer moving parts mean less to maintain and less to break after the project ends.
-
I check what AI writes
I use coding agents every day and read every line before it ships. The same rule goes into what I build for clients.
-
I hand over properly
Notes, access and clean code, so the next person who opens the project isn't lost.
Education and languages
An engineer by training, and still studying.
